licensed provider: physicians, nurse
practitioners, physician assistants.

O – order. This refers to the order selection
of tests, medications and other patient care
activities.

M – management. Electronic order
management will:

Work is underway for the next step in our continuous journey to IMprove PAtient care through Collaboration and Technology (IMPACT).

eCHART was our first step and benefits you and your patients by allowing you to easily review the most up-to-date patient information to plan patient care.

Recent eCHART enhancements made per physician request:

  • Blood sugar results in open census list
  • Patient count on printed census
  • “All micro” display changed to reverse chronological order
  • Page break added to printed census list with vitals to avoid confusion

To submit an eCHART enhancement request:

eCHART concerns about computer accessibility and log in times are being addressed in

the following ways:

  • Re-consideration of our approach to sign-on and multiple application management. The goal is to provide quick and easy access to eCHART and other applications such as ChartMaxx and PACS. We appreciate your patience as we work on these issues. We will keep you informed of our progress.
  • Testing possible mobile devices; working with Bryan provider groups.
  • Further investigation to create “Provider Priority” work areas on each floor at each campus. We want to enhance current work areas and provide multiple computers to improve access.
  • Email your ideas to Pat at pat.james@bryanhealth.org or Dr. Cook at
    jude.cook@bryanhealth.org.
