Bryan Heart Institute cardiologists teamed up with Hy-Vee registered dietitians to bring Cooking with the Cardiologists classes to the Lincoln community.

These popular events are offered each February in conjunction with Heart Month. It’s a fun way for people to visit with cardiologists in an informal setting and sample great-tasting heart-healthy meals.

Discussion included topics such as eating healthy on a budget, and the good and bad kinds of cholesterol.
