Tad M. Hunt has been named Chief Executive Officer of Crete Area Medical Center, effective September 23, 2013. Hunt has most recently served as CEO of Litzenberg Memorial County Hospital in Central City, Nebr.
Hunt received his Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational management from Concordia University, Seward, Nebr., in 2000. He received his Master of Science degree in leadership from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, in 2003.
In his new role, Hunt will be responsible for all operations of the medical center, including financial, quality and growth performance, as well as oversight of physician, community and Board relations.
Hunt is President Elect of the Nebraska Rural Health Association, a Board member to the NHA Services, Inc., and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
