At Bryan LifePointe we offer a variety of different types of yoga for all ages and abilities, from beginner to advanced.
- Yoga: A gentle, slow moving yoga designed for beginners. You will learn poses along with breathing and relaxation techniques.
Gentle/Chair Yoga: Great class for individuals with hesitancy, tightness, balance problems, stiffness or other special needs to practice yoga with security, confidence and safety.
Yoga for Stress Reduction: Regain control of your stress through relaxation techniques and yoga postures. This class effectively helps you to achieve the calming effects of the relaxation response which increases energy and focus, combats illness, relieves aches and pains, heightens problem-solving abilities and boosts motivation and productivity.
Classes are free to members, and open to the public with the purchase of a punch card.
