BryanLGH's Crete Area Medical Center will be hosting an eight-week Speed and Agility Sports Camp for Wilber Public High School students from June 1 - July 29 at the Wilber Public High School and Middle School.
This camp features custom speed and agility workouts for the student athlete. It is designed to help student athletes improve their overall performance by developing skills through ground-based movements, multi-joint movements, technical progressions, speed of movement, progressive overload and periodization.
A variety of different exercises will be used that include hills, ladders, cones, tennis balls, jump ropes and more.
Each student will complete two, 30-minute sessions with a Crete Area Medical Center strength and conditioning specialist. The camp will run Monday and Wednesday mornings. Exact time will be determined by the total number of students enrolled in the program.
The cost of the program is $154 for the eight-week camp. This includes pre- and post-testing, an eight-week custom workout program and instruction and oversight by a strength and conditioning specialist.
For more information or to register for the camp, contact Greg Seier at (402) 314-4262 or email@example.com.
