FitMom

A fun, safe way to stay in shape while baby is on the way and after arrival! FitMom offers access to a wide variety of classes at the LifePointe campus.

Includes:

• All group fitness classes on current schedule, including but not limited to: Cycling, Zumba, Les Mills classes (BODYPUMP, BODYFLOW, WATERinMOTION), Aquatic Strength and Stretch, Aquatic Variety Mix, Yoga (warm water and land), Mat Pilates and Human Sport Circuit.
• Special instruction to modify exercises throughout and after your pregnancy.
• Warm water pool, lap pool and locker room facilities.

Classes are free to members, and open to the public with the purchase of a punchcard.
