BODYFLOWTM is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centered and calm - the latest in mind/body fitness!
Each class begins with Tai Chi moves to destress your body and help you relax. The instructor will then take you through various Yoga and Pilates moves to strengthen and tone your key muscle groups, create suppleness and increase flexibility.
The final piece of the class is a time for meditation, which enhances the effect of the exercise.
